(from September 2022. Online courses are possible, too)
German is an Indo-European language belonging to the Germanic language family. Due to its many dialects, German is to some extent a mother language (Dachsprache). Its history as a language distinct from other Western Germanic languages began in the Middle Age.
In the 21st century, its speakers, known as "German speakers", are mainly distributed in Europe, with nearly 100 million speakers, making it the most widely spoken language in the European Union. At EIFJ Tokyo, a European school of excellence, we offer German courses for all levels: study of sounds, writing, declensions, vocabulary, songs, poetry, phisolophy and German legends.
